The title “Investor of the Year” is being given to the home and foreign companies, which invested the most into the regional economy, that allowed to create new work places, to involve the progressive technologies and modern equipment in the production, to produce competitive products, to reconstruct production and develop the area infrastructure for the tenth time. The contest is organized by the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Lviv Oblast State Administration. The title ‘Investor of the year’ is the sign of the greatest trust to the management of those companies, which have been evaluated as ‘the best’ by the others and received investments for a long-term use from them.

The winners will be selected in three nominations :
"Investor of the Year : foreign investments” ,
“Investor of the Year : home investments” ,
“Investor of the Year : small business” .

Besides, special diplomas will be granted.

The official results of the Contest will be announced and the awards and diplomas will be granted at the special meeting of the Consultative Council dealing with the problems of foreign investments of the Lviv Oblast’ State Administration in the beginning of 2007.

The smallest enterprises are invited to participate in the contest as well as the representatives of big business.

Therefore, if you consider your approach to attracting finances to production to be effective and modern, if you can prove the chosen way with real results , we invite you to participate in the contest “Investor of the Year-2006”.
