The E4 project's major aim is to specifically support Eastern Europe enterprises to take active

Innovation Centres for intelligent and extended products development in several sectors of the

• To support the integration of OEM and suppliers (especially SMEs) in the network enterprise
• To achieve higher quality and efficiency in executing distributed processes related to new
products design.
The European Business Association (EBA) was established in 1999 as a forum for discussion and resolution of problems facing the private sector in Ukraine. This initiative of business people who saw advantages and benefits in the European business community acting together was supported by the European Commission.
At present the EBA - the premier organisation for foreign business in Ukraine - brings together around 700 European, including national, and international companies and offers its members a broad scope of services.
The Association operates as an independent body responsible to its members. Being a non-profit Association of legal entities, the EBA sees its core mission as representing the interests of European and domestic investors in Ukraine, and improving the investment climate has been the EBA’s major concern since the moment it was founded.
Transcarpathian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is non-governmental non-profitable self-governing organization that joins legal entities established and acting in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation, as well as the citizens of Ukraine registered as the businessmen and their associations.
The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications
The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT) was founded in January 1993. PIIT is dedicated to the promotion of the Polish IT market and IT companies. The Chamber is a co-organizer of three Polish IT Congresses, patronages the greatest IT events in Poland and has supported the Polish companies in their presence at the CeBIT Fairs since 1994. PIIT cooperates with similar organizations abroad as well as with commercial offices of Polish embassies abroad and foreign embassies in Poland. PIIT is also a member of the EICTA association.
The Chamber assembles companies operating within the IT and telecommunications sector. At present PIIT has over 180 members.
ITCA (International Technology Channels Association) is a non-profit organization for resellers, vendors and distributors in the IT sector worldwide. It was established in January 2007 by ASCII Group (USA), AKCENT Computerpartner (Germany), CBC Amba (Denmark), DISTREE (France), iTeam (Germany), MICROTREND (Germany), PCA (UK), PC-SPEZIALIST(Germany), PROVOTO (Germany) and SYNAXON AG (Germany).
The main purposes of ITCA are:
- interconnecting IT channel companies
- bringing IT companies and the industry's experts together
- representing the IT channel's interests towards third parties
- providing new technological media for communication and cooperation
With this concept, ITCA is already representing about 6000 IT companies and organizations worldwide. In addition, the well-known research institutes GfK, Gartner, Datev and PMR are also partners of ITCA.

All-Ukrainian Public Organization "Association of IT - directors of Ukraine"
Association of IT-directors of Ukraine has a three-year history, in the course of which it transformed from an informal club to the All-Ukrainian Public Organization (registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 09 February 2007 under the number 2610), that unites professionals in the sphere of information technologies. The motive that consolidates the organization members is an aspiration to the achievement of personal success through the improvement of professionalism, popularization of information technologies and methods of their effective application, common influence on the process of the use of IT-technologies by the society.
The main task of the Association is to create and develop in Ukraine a stratum of IT-directors (CIO) – professionals that successfully combine business expertise and good command in information technologies, and will become the basis of new generation of managers, which will not just manage the use of IT in the company, but also will be able to increase the organization effectiveness with the help of IT-technologies.
State Enterprise Scientific-Telecommunication Centre “Ukrainian Academic and Research Network”, established on the base of the Institute of Physics of Condensed Systems of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine (“UARNET” network), acts on the market of information technologies since 1993. During the period of its activity, “Uarnet” created a powerful network and now it is one of the biggest providers in Ukraine, which offers quality access both to global and Ukrainian information networks. “Uarnet” users are represented by central administration bodies, local government, higher education establishments, institutions of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine, cultural establishments, well-known Ukrainian manufacturers, bank structures, and public organizations.
